L.C.I. is a growing company founded in July of 2004. We are committed to delivering a high level of service to all of our customers. We are willing to do what it takes to get the job done on time and on budget while maintaining a rigorous attention to detail.

Stephen Lanciano is the owner and operator of L.C.I. He has 15 years of experience as a carpenter in the construction field. Before starting L.C.I. he worked as project manager for a construction company specializing in design/build projects for homes, offices and restaurants. Stephen completed a formal apprenticeship program and graduated in the top 10 of that class.

L.C.I. has a current in house staff that is reliable and experienced. Although we specialize in carpentry, we are proficient in all aspects of the remodeling industry. L.C.I. works with capable and knowledgeable subcontractors in the fields of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, masonry, roofing, paint, and flooring.

We are very experienced in residential applications. We have successfully completed kitchen and bathroom projects, additions, total rehabs, and purchased land, built and sold a single family home.

L.C.I. delivers services at a competitive rate. Our pricing is bid per job including material and labor. As a homeowner you will work closely with the owner and staff at L.C.I. through all phases of your project from budgeting and planning to completion.
